New Jersey Makers Day is a celebration of maker culture across the Garden State. This all-ages event connects individuals with libraries, schools, businesses, and independent makerspaces that support making, tinkering, crafting, manufacturing, and STEM-based learning.

Join us on the front lawn of the library to paint and decorate a real pumpkin! We will be using paint so please dress accordingly! The program will be help downstairs in the Community Room in case of inclement weather.
There are two registration links, one for grades K-5 and one for grades 6-8. Be sure to sign up for the correct age group or you may lose your spot.

Please note: if your kit is not picked up by 6 pm Wednesday, March 23rd, you will be removed from the class and the spot will be given to the Waiting List. Join Ms. Rebecca and fellow craft lovers on Zoom to make a Valentine craft! All supplies except glue will be provided by the library. This event is for adults ages 18 and older. Space is limited to 15 participants. Registration is required. Sign up here via LibCal. The Zoom link is sent with registration confirmation email. This will be a virtual coloring class for adults and high school age young people. We will chat together while we color and make a paper wind catcher/paper bells. One day prior to the event you will receive an email with a coloring page to print*. Text weight paper will work for this project but you may want to print onto card stock for more durability.*

*If you do not have access to a printer, card stock or colored pencils we have a solution. We have arranged with Mail & More in Glen Rock to provide you with these items. You may stop in the store during business hours and pick up any or all of these items. They will be free but please only pick up the items you need. Supplies of pencils are limited so they will be on a first come first serve basis. Pencils are yours to keep so you can join in our next Adult Coloring and Paper Crafts class.
