Have you ever wondered why your delicious apples turn brown after they are cut? In this program we'll learn why it happens and ways to slow down the process. Each registered child will receive a take-home kit with all the ingredients needed for this experiment.
**All projects must be picked up by closing on Saturday, November 13th due to the perishable nature of the ingredients used in this experiment.**
