This 4 week program is dedicated to students in grades 6-8 who want to learn about the introductory elements of argumentation and gain confidence in public speaking.

Class dates: Wednesdays, 6:30pm: May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 21. The final class will include a mini tournament and celebration with refreshments.

This class is taught by a Glen Rock High School student who will be the incoming GRHS debate club president with three years of public forum debate experience and has semifinaled at the North American Debate Amethyst Cup Tournament, won the Bergen County Invitational and won second best speaker at the JV North Jersey Debate League.

Students should bring their own laptop, if available.
