1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruits, nuts, etc)
1/2 cup of peanut, almond, or sunflower butter
1/4 cup of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
