Welcome back craft enthusiast Ms. Rebecca and join fellow craft lovers on Zoom to make a festive mini snow hat garland! All supplies except scissors will be provided by the library. This event is for adults ages 18 and older. Space is limited to 15 participants. Registration is required. Please be considerate and do not register for the program if you will not be able to attend.
