Former college basketball coach Dr. Matthew Raidbard discusses his new book Lead Like A Pro: Effective Leadership Styles For Athletic Coaches. The book is designed to teach athletic coaches, teachers or leaders at any level about leadership practice, and help them to become more intentional and effective leaders for their athletes and staff. Dr. Raidbard was previously a college basketball coach for more than a decade and is currently the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director/Administration, Compliance & Student-Athlete Success for the University of Hartford.
